InTouch is simple and easy to use but it contains some 35 different modules and many different ways of storing customer information, recording sales leads and communicating to your customers to drive new business! So, we have finally got around to launching our resource centre and ‘Ask Matt’ help system! The resource centre is going to be an area which we add to regularly with useful documents and tips on how to get the most from InTouch and how to use it to help drive your organisation forward!

Ask Matt logo For current InTouch users, we will publish all of these documents within our new ‘Knowledge Base’, for other customers they are here to take advantage of. We will also mix this in with a forum for users to comment about InTouch and some blogs from key members of our team! It’s also here that you will find our new ‘Ask Matt’ help area. Whenever you see his face, you will find hints and tips on how to get more from InTouch and more from your customer data and communications!

Over the next few weeks we will be adding more and more great guides and helpful documents. We will look to categorise these under General CRM, Email Communications, General InTouch, and Ways of working. Please take a look at them and let us know what you think! Please also let us know if there is a document or guide that would help you! We will be happy to create it and make it available for you and other users!
