Are the details of my customers secure? How do I know?
InTouch is hosted on a secure connection (SSL) on a server behind a firewall. In addition, your account needs a unique username and password to use - we think that counts as secure!

Can/will you pass this information on to third parties?

Is it possible to lose my data?
In short...no! We back up the system every day so there's no possibility of you losing all that precious data!
