This ONLY takes a minute?
As you know this bulletin is designed to be a quick read and to give you something useful to implement in the month ahead.
So I'd like to invite you to take one minute every day. Just one minute!
Do it at the beginning of the day, when you've woken up and before you get out of bed, or when your cup of tea is brewing, or when you're cleaning your teeth. It doesn't matter what the activity is, but it's useful to pick the same time/activity every day so that you create a good habit and it becomes second nature.
You'll have already created your goals for 2015 (if you haven't, click here to download your success guide. It's only going to be there until 31st January).
Building on the mindset of "what you focus on consistently you create", all you need to do in your minute is answer this question:
If I am being the best I can be today, and everything has gone well, and I'm moving towards my goals; what will I have achieved before I go to bed tonight.
In your mind, for that one minute, list all of the things you'll have done, imagine how well they went, and how you feel as a result.
