Start NOW! Reap the rewards.
If you're not setting goals for your career or business that are linked to your goals in life (you are setting them aren't you?), you are likely to miss out on the success you so richly deserve.
So leaving it until the very last minute (midnight on 31st December) just doesn't make sense. Start now while you've got time to consider what you want properly and whilst you can still split the task into manageable chunks. That way you'll set up 2016 to be your best year yet and this time next year you'll be feeling really pleased with what you've achieved.
So here'a all you need to do this month:
- Make a list of all your outgoings (yeah! I know, but doing this boring bit will help you get what you want).
- Now add the things you want/need - the new car / kitchen / lawn mower / etc (a little bit more exciting).
- Finally, add in the holidays, theatre trips, sports events, concerts, training events. (this is the really exciting bit)
Having done the exciting bit, put the numbers to it: how much will all that cost? Now, you might come up with a scary figure, but by setting your goals for outside of work, you'll be able to go on and work out what you need to do in your career and/or business to achieve it.
Remember, no action = no results, so have fun creating the future you want
